Services

  • I work with children and adolescents aged 4 to 18 years old. I work respectfully to provide gender-affirming and neuro-affirming care.

    I also work directly with parents, providing support and strategies for your family.

    I do not provide court reports or work with clients undergoing legal proceedings.

  • Each child and family are unique, therefore sessions are tailored to the specific needs of the child, adolescent, and parent.

    I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness, adapting them to the individual's needs.

    I can assist with issues relating to:

    • Emotion regulation

    • Behaviour

    • Social skills

    • Friendship and relationship support (NOT family or group therapy)

    • Mood difficulties, including Generalised and Separation Anxiety, Depression

    • School attendance issues, school can’t

    • Phobias and fears

    • Selective Mutism

    • Self-esteem and confidence

    • Adjustment difficulties

    • Sleep support

    • Grief and loss

    • Autism

    • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

    • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

    • Learning difficulties, Specific Learning Disorder (SLD)

    • Parent support and strategies

    • School support and strategies

  • I am trained in a range of psychological assessments, including cognitive, behavioural, academic and neurodevelopmental assessments.

    Assessment can provide a deeper understanding of individual strengths and challenges, support diagnoses, and assist in tailoring support and recommendations.

    I can assist with a range of areas including:

    • Specific Learning Disorders (e.g., Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia)

    • Intellectual Disability

    • Giftedness

    • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

    • Autism

    • Common presentations such as anxiety and low mood
